I have but one thing to say about BSG 4x18: Holy. Crap. Well, that and I recognized the music at the end from Exodus, Parts I + II, mainly because it totally makes me think of Hobbits and The Shire every damn time. Very disconcerting, that.

In other news, I may have a thing for Doctor Who now and the BF is to blame. He's got seasons one and two of I guess the New Who? Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor in any case (he's what, the ninth doctor?). Only drawback? He's got the dubbed version, although that is quite awesome which probably means that the undubbed original is nothing short of brilliant. I just love the British sense of humor. *eyes Hyperdrive*

More other news, my new wardrobe will be delivered this Thursday. Words can't express how much I'm looking forward to this. All my clothes, towels, linen, what have you are still in cardboard boxes and I'm so sick of seeing those every damn day.

I've got no basis for comparison. All I know is that the ninth doctor already kicks ass. If Tennant can beat that, I may die of sensory and auditory (not to mention humorous) overload. :D

I can't stand the 9th Doctor. I have been a Tennant fan since 90's. For me, the 10th doctor is teh doctor...and he totally can kick 9th ass :D

I have never been a fan of Eccleston. Because I don't like him, it also means that I don't like the 9th Doctor lol.

Years ago I saw the pilot. The pilot and 9th doctor made me stop watching it. Later on when I heard that Tennant got the Doctor's part, I had to watch the first season through, just to know what the show is about lol. After I had see "Xmas Invasion" I was hooked lmao!

I don't think I've ever seen anything staring either Eccleston or Tennant prior to watching Doctor Who, so neither actor would have made me watch the show (or not watch it, as the case might be).

because tennant is leaving the show and there will be a new actor playing the doctor. for me tennant will be always be teh doctor, so it's hard to accept the fact that he is leaving the show.
