Just watched this ep. Naturally I loved all the musical stuff. The scene of Kara and piano!guy playing the song together was awesome, and made me want to go downstairs and start bashing it out on my own piano :D
And the music, which does so rock, is that a variation on All Along The Watchtower?
I know Bear McCreary says it's his music from Crossroads, but I would swear that the chord progression is actually the one from All Along the Watchtower (and I do know a little about these things). I always assumed that the final four theme was based on that chord progression from AATWT anyway *shrug*. I was actually expecting Kara to launch into the Cage Metamorphosis that her father played in the recording in Delphi. But I think I'm the only one still obsessed with that piece ;)
